Like a mini-belt, simply thread the end through the buckle to form a loop, and slide it onto your chosen finger. Pull the strap until it sits comfortably at the base of the finger, ensuring a snug enough fit for accuracy but loose enough to slide back over the knuckle with a little resistance.

The black arrow on the buckle will point directly to your ring size, in UK letter format. To convert your ring size to EU, US or JPN sizing, please view our ring size conversion table here.

Love the design, but wish it was a little more "you"? We are happy to customise any of our existing designs by swapping out gold colours (free of charge), substituting detailing stones, or laser-engraving the metal with any text or simple graphic of your choosing.

While our pendants are paired with chains for product photographs, please ensure that you have a chain at home or purchase a chain from our store to pair with your pendant.

Refunds & Returns

We have a no-questions-asked returns policy on any Southern Cross Jewels piece that arrives and does not 100% meet your expectations, under the following conditions:

  • You reach out to our customer care team ASAP to organise the return/refund of your piece.
  • The piece is returned to our designated drop-off point in Cape Town within 7 (seven) days of its initial arrival with you.
  • The piece is returned with its original packaging intact and secured, and the piece is in its original, unused, saleable condition.
